OH, my ACHING TUMMY!!
The SUO challenge this week is for TREATS…..so I made this weeny little shopping bag full of “treats”. 🙂 I used a lot of discontinued items on this little creation, like ribbon, dsp, and corduroy button. 🙂 Speaking of treats, I just got home from celebrating my 41st wedding anniversary with my husband where we surely ate way too much. 🙂 We ended our meal with a piece of caramel sugar crusted cheesecake, can you please tell me, “WHY??” Oh my, it’s gonna be a long night. It was really yummy but my tummy is now asking, “Why, why, WHY??” And all I can say is, I promise I will never do it again. haha. It’s so dang easy to overeat. Well, 41 years of marriage to your high school sweetheart is something to overeat about, right?? In this day and age?? Right??? 🙂 Okay, off to bed where I shall toss and turn from over eating. But the little treat bag is terrific and won't leave me wondering "why, WHY, why?" if I CASE it. This is the time of year when novelty ideas for bags and boxes are at a premium and I love yours. October 28, 2014First of all…..CONGRATULATIONS on your 41st. Wedding Anniversary Karen. My husband and I just also celebrated 41 years this past September 1st. Like you said, in this day and age, this is truly worth celebrating. I wish young people who get married now a days would understand that they need to appreciate each other's differences and respect them. Hold on to each other, in the long run, it's all so worth it!!!!!
I hope you feel better, who can blame you, my dear…..Caramel Sugar Crusted Cheese Cake…..endure the discomfort, I bet it's worth every single bite of this delicious confection.
