The SUO challenge this week is feminine cards….I think almost every card I make is a feminine card……I really shy away from man cards until I actually NEED one. I kind of cased one of my own cards when I made this one – one I did several years ago -with the bold outline lines which go so well with white embossing. I actually embossed these in white ON the colored paper and then just shaded with a sponge dauber. A wonderful technique if you hate to color- which is certainly NOT the case with me, but a lovely look none the less. 🙂 Happy Tuesday everyone!! Happy Stamping!! Until next time, Karen

May 4, 2017Ha, I don't hate to colour, but I do hate embossing with white EVEN when I see all over again how pretty and soft it looks. Gorgeous card, Karen.

May 4, 2017Your card is gorgeous, Karen! So soft and so feminine and so beautiful! Somehow I had overlooked this bundle as 'needed' but you have definitely changed that! I, too, love to color. However, your stamping on colored card stock is perfect for a couple of ladies that I know. I will be sharing this idea with them. Thanks for the reminder!
