So the blog challenge for today was a card of thanksgiving. I’m feeling really thankful today. I am trying really hard to rebuild my Stampin’Up! business. It’s not like it’s fallen apart or anything….in these last 5 years since moving to Ohio, it has amazingly held it’s own but the energy I have been able to give it has been challenged by my full time job. It recently became a goal of mine to rebuild. I can grow old with Stampin’ UP! I cannot afford to let this business slide. God has been blessing my efforts. I have 4 recruits so far this year, with another waiting to recruit during Saleabration. That’s just since July, so I feel pretty happy. Today Jenna and I did a Holiday Bazaar. She was selling some cards, and I was just displaying some, and just looking for exposure. It was a pretty poorly attended bazaar. Maybe 15 people all day stopped long enough to say they stopped. One lady walked up to the table, looked at my display board, turned to me and said, and I quote, “I want to become a consultant, can you help me with that???” Is that not AMAZING????? Like I said, I do believe God planted this goal in my head, and as I am obedient to him, I am pretty sure that was HIM blessing ME!! Happy Thanksgiving everyone, there’s always SOMETHING to thank HIM for, but today, I feel especially LOVED and BLESSED. Until next time…….Karen
